My personal goal (which is like 30% of the way there) by the end of the year is to have a semi-functional Tumblr-esque service that's built on IndieWeb standards. It should also have chat functionality for core members, but I want to also extend it for people who have their own website and are capable of interfacing with the IndieWeb.
Definitely going to take a page from https://micro.blog and let people use their own sites with this platform.
