I don't know if I want my site to federate just yet. I do want to reduce the number of accounts that I would have to manage but there's still quite a bit I want to solidify on the IndieWeb front. I think I got Koype and Shock in a good place. Right now, I'd want to work on the social reader idea since that's the easiest thing to do (client-side wise). But I do want to start working on Webmentions, mainly on how to handle the filtering and the stuff I want for it.
