So, on a fluke, I managed to get the Xbox Series X. The audio feels better, the video quality is definitely better, and I can notice the load times get faster. Probably mostly from hardware upgrades. I hope this makes consumers demand more from manufacturers in, allowing upgrades without having to swap out consoles. I've gotten performance bumps like this when I swapped RAM or disks in my PC, without having to drop about $600 (insurance and what not).
