I’m not sure where I stand on the PTO debate.



On one hand, unlimited PTO sounds GREAT, but if the company culture around it sucks, then you’re SOL and the company owes you nothing for unused time when you leave.



On the other hand, 2weeks PTO/8 sick days sounds criminal 😭*

I agree. Like I'm in favor of minimum forced vacation (like you HAVE to take off a month at least every year). But completely unlimited in the wrong place is a trap. And you tend not to know UNTIL you take it.
