My MacBook's sitting at $540 on a bid (usually with a MSRP north of $1600). Gently used and willing to sell direct if interested! https://www.ebay.com/itm/403888654548
Let's go! Congrats!
LOL like I immediately went to pg 308 and was feeling the callback to the first book (TOO MANY DOGGOS)
https://twitter.com/xkcd/status/1569732399310700546My copy of @xkcd's https://bookshop.org/books/what-if-2-additional-serious-scientific-answers-to-absurd-hypothetical-questions/9780525537113 came, and I am SO happy, lol.
So getting on TikTok is like a requirement to reach people under the age of 26, it seems like?
That very scary feeling when you have a concrete game idea but the amount of research that's needed now begins to terrify you.
Dang, everyone gonna be at Dreamcon, eh?
Bro, everything around gaming got conferences and expos now! It's dope and also overwhelming, lol.
When I tell you that this is barely used, I only remember to sell this a few days ago. It's been sitting here and I do not use it, lol. Please get it off my hands!

Granted, that's a non-goal of this platform. It needs (constant) activity, and if it allowed for a concept of "memory", it wouldn't be a thrilling place. Everything old is quite literally new on here.
Discourse def seems tiring and looping - Twitter is not a place for nuanced conversation. What's old today was new a month ago, a year ago, etc. There's no way to "group" conversations in a reverse-chronological way with collections of topics that communities can moderate.
What are some #gamejam events that you all know of that have sci-fi themes? (or any tbh)
The @gdocexpo has their direct airing now at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7lzzaHMGKaY
Stop testing only on Chrome. If your "product" only works on Chrome, it's broken.
Like I didn't join out of a want to be "rich"/get more money than one would ever need. It was fun. But it's not fun anymore. It's exhausting. It's more than a job. It's a 'personality' you have to align with. It's not okay to talk about things outside of tech or even highlight the explicit downsides of this space - it is taboo. And the day I can just step away without endangering myself will be a very beautiful day.
I need to get out of the tech industry.
I'm still confused why people got support behind people whose wealth quite literally came from slave trades and shit. Like directly. And those who choose to INTEGRATE into those systems with no intent to tear it down. Y'all don't want shit to change.
Fae Farm!
What was the name of that fairy game that Nintendo just announced?
