itch: I want something that can alert me locally of build failures in CI. This is kind of silly but it's handy when testing CI plugins (right now, I'm mashing together something for Rust and Drone at https://git.jacky.wtf/drone-plugins/run-rust-tests-with-coverage as a bit of a learning exercise).
